Perhaps the best aspect of training with someone is that your partner provides instant accountability. Making plans with a training partner makes it much harder to cancel a workout.
We tend to work harder and perform better when we are accountable to someone else.
One of the greatest parts of having a training partner is sharing each other's successes and providing support when there are struggles.

Group Training
I can provide customized Group Training (3 or more participants) for Corporate Wellness Events, Sports Teams, Community Groups or Friends just looking to get moving.
Group sessions can be customized to support the group's goals, fitness levels and needs.

About Me
Becoming a Personal Trainer has been an incredibly personal journey for me. It started as yet another attempt to help me stay on track, motivated and accountable for my own Health and Wellness, but it has turned into so much more. I'm passionate and dedicated, and I genuinely love my job; I learn and understand more with each client I have been lucky enough to work with and train.
I love my clients; I invest, connect, share and want to understand them, and it is personal.
I've been on a Health & Wellness rollercoaster for over 30 years. I've gained and lost over 400 lbs in increments of up to 75 lbs at a time, and I've dedicated myself to completing so many programs over that rollercoaster that I've lost count. By taking steps to become a Certified Personal Trainer in 2017, my goal was to figure out the secret to long-term sustainable health and fitness, get myself and others off the crazy rollercoaster, and prevent others from getting on the rollercoaster altogether. Over these last few years, I've learned that it's not about staying off the rollercoaster but about understanding how to manage it, so it's not as drastic and hard.
We are all so different, and even if we have similar or relatable stories, what helps keep us motivated, accountable, and on track is different and can change throughout the journey to being healthy and fit.
Once we can understand, appreciate and embrace that it is constantly changing, we can feel empowered and confident to navigate the never-ending journey.
