Training with a partner offers a unique benefit: instant accountability. When you make plans with someone else, it becomes much harder to skip a workout or postpone your fitness goals. Sharing your achievements with a partner can be incredibly rewarding, and their support can help you navigate any challenges that arise.
Whether you’re teaming up with your spouse, a friend, your child, or even a parent, this collaborative approach not only helps you get fit but also strengthens your bond while having fun together. Having both a personal trainer and a workout buddy by your side can ignite your motivation and commitment to achieving your goals.
You can enjoy these sessions either virtually or in my studio in Beaumont, whichever works best for you.
Group Training

About Me
Becoming a Personal Trainer has been a profoundly personal journey for me. Initially, it was a way to hold myself accountable and stay motivated on my Health and Wellness path. Over time, it has evolved into something much deeper. I am passionate about my work and genuinely love what I do. Each client I train teaches me something new, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey.
My clients mean the world to me. I strive to invest in each relationship, connecting on a personal level, sharing experiences, and truly understanding their needs.
For over 35 years, I've navigated a Health & Wellness rollercoaster, gaining and losing more than 400 lbs in increments of up to 75 lbs at a time. Throughout this journey, I've engaged in countless programs and approaches—so many that I’ve lost count. My decision to become a Certified Personal Trainer in 2017 was driven by a desire to uncover the secret to sustainable long-term health and fitness. Have I found that secret? Yes, but it’s far from simple.
Each of us is unique; even if our stories are relatable, what keeps us motivated, accountable, and on track varies and evolves as we navigate different life seasons.
