Hi Everyone, been a crazy ride since COVID brought life to a screeching halt for all of us and my studio training was no exception.... it to ended abruptly. I was extremely lucky to have my clients continue training with me through Zoom but it shook me up in so many ways, some good, bad, some CRAZY!
I ran some free fitness challenges through Facebook at the beginning of COVID to try to get my community, friends and family to be active during so much uncertainty. I had such amazing engagement and positive feedback on this as well as clients loving Zoom it got me really thinking things out. I felt like I had a choice to make…. wait until things got better and I’d be able to resume Studio Sessions and Bootcamps or adapt and embrace the “New” online world. Well... although I will continue to train out of my studio, I decided to also start training online as well. It will open up so many more opportunities for my clients to train when and where they want and opportunities for me to find more efficient ways to coach and train them.
My big fear about venturing into online was that I’d lose the ability to build a relationship and be able to provide that one-on-one experience and support but the engagement has been amazing … more focused and intentional. I’ve actually felt really connected that I know it’s going to be awesome.
