I'm on my second 12 week cycle with Tamara, and I can honestly say that, for the first time, I feel like I'm making fundamental, sustainable changes in my health. I've learned so much during our sessions, from how to eat healthier, work out safely and effectively, and ways to work healthy living into my everyday routine.

 

More importantly, Tamara has helped me learn to love and respect my body, reset my outlook on almost every aspect of my life, and acknowledge my accomplishments. She is incredibly supportive, positive, and talented, and I would encourage anyone who has struggled with eating and exercising to work with her.

I started working with Tamara when I finally decided it was time to focus on self-care and take care of my wellness.  I felt like I needed to reset both my body and my mind and I couldn't have picked a better person to support me in that journey than Tamara. Tamara's program is so much more than just workouts (although the workouts are great). It encompasses, fitness, nutrition and mindset, which for me have been keys to sustainability and my success.

 

I wasn't specifically looking to lose weight (although I have 30 -lbs), I simply wanted to find a sustainable way to be healthy, strong and a good role model for our girls.  Tamara's program has provided me with all of that and more.  I won't say the program is easy, because you do have to put in the work, but she makes it so simple and enjoyable.   She helped me learn how to make simple changes to my diet and exercise that have made me stronger and healthier than I have ever been - at age 45.  Being able to roll out of bed and get my workout done in 30 minutes before my busy work day makes it easy to maintain and none of the changes I have made in my diet have left me feeling deprived..

 

My favorite thing about working with Tamara is how personalized her program is.  Her one on one care and attention has not only kept me injury free but also ensures I am progressing at just the right rate.  I always feel challenged, but never so much so that I feel like I can't keep going.  I have now been working with Tamara for 20 weeks and actually look forward to my daily workouts, which is something I have never experienced before.

 

I can't recommend this program and working with Tamara enough.  It has been truly life changing for me.

I came to Tamara 2 and a half years ago feeling lost but wanting to feel motivated to start moving.  After improving my fitness in my late twenties, I was then 6 years past giving birth, and I felt like I had never been able to regain my strength from before.  I did not have much success with gyms or other trainers in recent years.  I usually ended up feeling like the instruction was not specific to me, and like I wasn't being heard.  As a result, I wouldn't see any progress and quit after only a couple of months.  Within minutes of working with Tamara I knew it was a good fit.  She listened to my goals, my concerns, and my difficulties.  She encouraged me to be mindful of my body and adjusted the workout to encourage my strengths and build up my weaknesses.  I'll never forget the first day I was able to do a full body push up.  It was amazing!  Tamara is a kind, smart and knowledgeable trainer who cares about her clients.  She knows when to push and when to listen.  I am very grateful that I found her.

I started training with Tamara because the forties was kicking my butt! I found that my energy level was pathetic and my wardrobe selection was getting more and more limited. I needed to find a way to take care of myself and make some improvements. In previous years I would have played sports, but with work commitments and two very active teenagers, this was no longer a viable option. 

Exercising with Tamara has been a perfect solution to my lifestyle. She has a flexible schedule, the workouts are quick, and very rewarding. Tamara takes time to get to know your strengths and weaknesses, your desired results, and will customize her workouts accordingly. I've trained in her studio as well as via Zoom, and even though I have wobbly legs and weak arms, I always finish feeling FANTASTIC! 

Tamara is caring, knowledgeable, and energizing. I highly recommend her if you are looking to have some fun while getting fit!
